With the advent of Kindle Unlimited and the overall increase in eBook readership, I am wondering whether it would be a good idea to start a series on Kindle. There are many shows on TV which are extremely popular and viewers wait for the next episode. I think it would be a good idea to release one chapter every week.
This would have a few advantages. From an author's point of view the primary advantage is that I can focus on one chapter at a time. I can ensure that I edit the chapter well and can focus on its quality. A greater advantage would be the early feedback i would get from readers. I could make changes in future chapters/episodes.
